New old guy Hello, I got hooked on ls1 when I helped my son do a cam heads and oil pump swap on his 98. After that it had all the right stuff and it was hooked my big block had to go. I have a 70 rs Camaro with a 9" ( I know some of you hate 9") that I have already swapped a ls1 and 4l60e into it and it runs great but I'm not finished yet I still have a lot to do but its coming.
I live in Indiana and the pole barn we work in is not heated so things will get slower now that winter is here. As soon as I finish with the Camaro I plan to do a swap on 66 Chevy II that I have had for some time. Anyway I hope not to be a bother but I'm kind of old school or just old. There is a lot of things I need help with and I know there is a lot of knowledge out there. The electronic is something that I have trouble with a HEI is like new age electronics to me. If I can help anybody with what I have done so far I would be glad to. Mostly as I said cam ,oil pump, heads manifolds and engine swap. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. John
