looking into getting an LSx car... Greetings everyone, im of course new to the site and am in the market looking for a potential LT1 or LS1 car, preferably a camaro since a trans ma is a bit more on the pricier side. I did a look around in the forum sections(faqs, and stickies) but did not find a post on those who are interested in buying an LS1 or any previous motors on what to look for when shopping as well as which to stay away from.
I found a few that are under the $10K as well as under 80K miles on the car. I know a few people have said check for any signs of louder than normal lifter ticks on startups to stay away from as well as look away from those that might have been beaten up or not taken care of, which is why im here ^_^; Any help and advice(s) is greatly appreciated.
