Jon's intro Hi my name is Jon and i've been watching LS1tech for years, reading posts and finally have been wrangled by friends to post. I use to be a transmission tech at a GM dealer for about 5 years, GM put me through school after high school and I have a AS degree in Automotive Service (whooptie dooo). I left the dealer scene 6 months ago and currently go to FSU to wrangle up my engineering degree. I use to be really heavy into mustangs and still have one as a race car. I got tired of hearing all this GM vs Ford talk so I bought my 2001 Camaro 5 years ago and wanted to beat some people at their own game. Currently trying to put it back together (almost done but low on funds) with the hopes of some 10.30-9.90 passes. Look forward to talking to some new people and i'm willing to give advice on what to watch out for in dealerships, their tactics, whats true or false about warranty issues, and I still have access to their system on whats the latest and greatest.
