Default New to this site

My name is Larry, I live in Portland OR. I have one 69 pro-touring style Camaro left that I have been tinkering with for a while now. Three attempts to put color on it and what was the way to go is now mechanically obsolete.
Looking to do a LS and replace the 383 SBC. It's a full roller aluminum head with the break-in oil still in it. Does a standard scattershield setup with a TKO bolt up to the new style blocks and what is the general opinion of an LQ4 with the L82 style heads? Any help will be appreciated. Need to be re-educated.
Original 60K car
Speedtech front end with QA1's
Quick-steer box and tilt column
Narrowed 9 inch and SS tank
S&S coated headers and flowmasters
Billet Specialties wheels, F 1 tires
Wilwood brakes.
