Newbie with something different
Hey all,
I know most of you are going to be into the Fbody, z-car swaps, RX7 swaps, etc. Mine is a little different, a 62 t-bird. It will be low, on air bags, 20" wheels, and a chopped top. I'm going the LS route because I wanted something that was reliable, good milage, affordable. I've aquired a 5.3 and a 4L60E. I'll be needing to get a front sump GTO pan (anyone?) and maybe some figuring on getting the tranny to work OK. It is something different for me and should be fun. For you RX7 guys, I have a 3rd gen, but with a SP 13B and single T3/T4. I had a rotary powered something for the last 25 years. For you z-car guys, I have a 72 240Z, but it is old school with a 2.4 and triple Mikuni. I've had it for 30 years and it is on a rotisserie getting a full resto.
Regards,
Rodger
