New guy In Ohio, '95 Formula Hello. Name is Bryan, from Lima Ohio. Ok So I have had the bikes, the 4x4's but never the fast cars. I caught an opportunity to step into this deal and could not say no. Here is what I have.... '95 Firebird formula, LT1, aftermarket ram air, built tranny, flashed or chipped comp., haven't looked into which yet but shift point is set well high of stock. Bought the car with paint in terrible shape, interior trashed, peeling and faded tint, drivers window motor dead, head of a rear main bolt broke off causing small oil leak, and opti on its way out. None a huge issue for me as I work on my own stuff mainly. I also have a friend, who knows these cars well, to help me out luckily. After a week in the garage I need to do the rear main, and the MSD opti will be here in a day or so. Also coming soon..... Long-tube headers, y pipe, and possible cam. That’s the plans as of now. The word now being used lightly. Who knows what will come behind the other parts yet. So for $1000 bucks, I couldn't say no to the car. I look forward to using your site and info as I get more and more into this project. Thanks in advance!
Thanks! Yeah I called the company and confirmed the trans was actually done and after that I was sold on it. Figured that way I can put money into it and still not be to deep in the long run. He even threw in a set of brand new gears to. Deal seemed pretty good to pass up.
