Hello All! Hey guys and gals. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Mike. I'm 22 and I go to school at Eastern Illinois University, but I call northern Illinois home during summer. I have been searching for a 98+ LS1 for a while now and finally came across a 99 T/A with 80k, a clean title, history, and body. I'm going to look at it on Friday, as I have already put a deposit down just to hold it. It's not the WS6 that I was aiming for, but for the price, I think I'm doing ok. My big thing is ATV riding and wrenching, hence the user name. I just wanted to keep my same username on all the forums I'm with. I'm new to F-Bodies, so I look forward to meeting the members and learning a lot.

Congratulations on the TA! That's a pretty nice car! This is my second F-body, but my 5th LS1 overall. I just can't get enough of them. The motors can take such abuse...not that I condone that

thanks guys. i've already put it through its paces...
very addicting. like i said, quads are my thing, so i'll probably just be sitting back and reading for a while on here. people really know their chit on this site! anyway, it'll be a while, but my first mods will be a magnaflow cat back and a volant twin cone setup. theres a few things in the interior that need to be fixed first.. i'll have to find a junkyard or something.
