Default First LS1

Not new to the f-body world but i just recently purchased my first ls1. i may need a new username cuz i have neither of those anymore. lol.

yes, i know its got a ws6 hood and ws6 wheels, but its just a regular TA. no badges...its got an ls6 intake, mids, LM1, UD pulley, Rhodes Lifters, ported 241 heads, stock bottom end, ls2 clutch, lid, 42 pound injectors, up graded coil packs, full suspension, smog cam (don't remember specs), and a very nice tune...

i think it makes somewhere underneath 400 rwhp, but i want to get a dyno sheet to see exactly how much she has in her...i got head flow chart somewhere, but i dont exactly know how to read it. I'll post if i find it....

first thing im getting is an ls7 clutch for it, then an off road y pipe, and after that, i may need a new rear end.

for the drivability really, ive looked at other clutches too but ive heard better things about this one...also, in case i want to make more power later on, i won't have to grab a higher clutch...

what would you recomend?

that would be my old lt1. i sold it to my bro...

it used to have a tune, LTs, with x pipe to single chamber flowmasters....it sounded nice!
if i would have kept it, it would have eventually gotten LE2 heads with a cc306 cam...

brother wanted it stock though

im still partial to the camaro as opposed to the trans am...i guess i just like them more...

Nice find. Looks great and seems to make good power...but I'm with sway99 those tail lights have got to go...I think the honeycombs look so much better.

thanks for the compliments guys!

I think a tailight swap is a direct switch over betweent the lt1 and ls1 so if i find a good deal, i will definitly get them. I agree, they do look better.

Any advise on removing stickers? some of them seem like theyre starting to peel...

car looks good, if the stickers are on the windows just use a good razor blade and scrape them off.
