Recommendations on what to do with this 5.3LS? Hi guys.
I'm a newbie to this site from Austin, TX.
I'm looking to do something a little bit different. I recently bought a 5.3 with 4L60E out of a 01' Silverado, with less than 45k miles. It has the iron block. I want to rebuild the motor to achieve about 400 RWHP. Then it will be going into a 1966 Chevy short Van. I know this site might be for the later model Camaro guys but I figured I would start here with the questions on what the latest and greatest parts and products were for this engine, and how I could best accomplish my goal.
