Newbie from Oklahoma I've been lurking around this site for a little while and decided to finally sign in.
I currently own a 1957 Chevy 3200 and a 1972 Camaro. I've been looking at transplanting a 5.3L with the 6 speed auto into the 57 or the 72. Haven't decided which one just yet. The swap for the 72 is pretty straight forward but the truck is a different story.
The biggest issue I can find with the truck is the motor mounts. It has the stock frame and straight front axle so using the original front engine mounts wont work. Anyone have a link to some ideas for the mounts?
