Stuck in storm, TX Hello... I'm stuck indoors due to this tropical storm thundering through Texas, ao thought I would post something. I have a 99 Trans Am M6 that I bought in 2003.
It's been a pretty damn good car. I have 215,000 miles on it and have only ever changed a water pump and an alternator. I still have even have the battery that came when I bought the car.
I decided to change the spark plugs for the first time yesterday. The gap on all of them was worn to over 0.080-0.090" lol. I didn't really notice anything was wrong, but the car had a few SLIGHT hesitations through the RPM band that are gone now. I like.
Anyway... I'll be reading a lot and chiming in with my experiences every now and then. Cheers.
