New from Glasgow, Ky Been on this site back and forth in the past and never registered till now. I built an LT1 TransAm street/strip car a few years ago and sold it for cheap. At the time I was getting into the diesel truck scene and used the money to build my old 04 Dodge 3500 into a sled puller/daily driver. But rest assured as the economy fell to the floor I lost my job and had to sell everything. Now things are looking up for me and I'm getting the urge to get back into the drag racing scene agian. Trying to keep my eyes open for a 98+ Firebird or T/A. The old car was a 94, but I like the new front ends alot better. Also going with a different route on the engine this time. I'm thinking about using a 6.0L, port the heads, cam, and convert to a carb setup. I've learned alot about diesel trucks over on the diesel forums and quite a bit in the past with the gasser world. The SB2 engines are a new territory for me and I hope to learn alot about them here. Any and all help is apreciated.
