what to look for? hey guys\gals.
im currently in the process of shopping for a Camaro. wasnt sure LT1 OR LS1. before asking which one is better and getting beat on for asking.. lol, i thought id read up in the threads. so ive decided LS1.
question is. is there anything to look for. which ones came with better suspensions. did all the LS1's years come with same cams, intakes, which ones made more power stock.. blah blah. is there any RPO codes i should look for, like suspension codes and rear end codes?
ive been a part of many forums before with great success and help from others. but it might be time to move on from a modded buick L67 to a V8 and come play with the big boys.
i hope i get help here in helping me purchase and know what to look for.
my goal is a milld 400 crank HP. can this be done with minor bolt ons and a cam... im a HUGE fan of cams but was wondering if they can be done in these cars without head work and changing the vlavetrain.
