Hello LS1tech and fellow LS lovers!, My name is Wayne. I have built several Gen 1 engines.
My 77 C10 is a mildly built 355, shaved 882 heads to 66cc mildly ported.cam,
dur260/280 lift460/480 adv. Flat-top 2eye relief. Edelbrk intake, holley780cfm.
My new project is my 92 Sonoma GT. The v6 slug a rod sittin in by back yard ideling so now I need a new engine. Was looking at ls3 when I discoverd the lq4. (Cheaper lol).. I plan on running a turbo 350 for now? Maybe looking into the 4L/80. The sonoma has 3.55 rears so I figure that be fine with the th350. 2800 to 3000 stall. Looking to build around 450rwhp maybe more if I can squeeze it out. Need ideas and thoughts on this...like will I need a electronic gas petal now?...best ways to do conversion. Ohhh and I am lookin thru past post on these ideas. Thnx..lookin foward to all info and all help...I drive a over the trk so I be in and out when I can but my email if it shows goes directly to my fone...thnx again. Wayne
