Hey everybody!
Back story: I drive an 03 5.3 Silverado with a couple mods and a family friend who goes to car auctions found a pretty nice 06 Trailblazer SS with a bad motor. So, I'm trying to work out a trade for my truck and hoping I can fix this SS up to drive everyday.
So my Silverado right now has a tune, Circle D 3200 stall converter, built tranny, JBA headers, stock y-pipe, Corsa touring catback, Eaton true track locking diff, and a throttle body spacer. Ran 15.11 at 85(with slicks) on a cool day with good air. It is 4wd be is run in 2wd. Race weight was 4995lbs with me in it. I was pretty happy with it but I think I'll be much happier with a TBSS.
