Hello to all! Hey I am new here. I am a soldier stationed in Germany , just got back from Afghanistan. While I was there I purchased my 94 TA with a new LT1. It already had bolt ons, but that is it. Right now I am putting together my turbo kit myself, I will weld it up myself, and do all the other work too.
So far I have:
60mm cold side/100 hot side turbo
godspeed BOV
38mm WG
Just waiting to get the intercooler and piping kit
Im going to also do a custom tune myself (with a little help) and install a MSD Boost timing retard controller.
I am thinking about running 4psi daily, maybe 7 on the strip, with 1 deg retard for each psi of boost and 12 to 1 for A/F.
In the not so distant future I plan on new rods and pistons and a balance which I will do myself.
