Great info here!
I found this sight after searching for Mustang LS1 swap info. I am planning a swap in my Sn95. I am tired of the old Ford junk 5.0l and too cheap for the new Ford 5.0l junk. My buddy told me I should do an LSx swap and after finding this place and seeing a local guys hybrid, I am beyond convinced. Half Ford. Half Chevy. All MUSCLE!!!

Thanks! Glad to be here. I cant wait to have an LSx powered stang.
I am starting out with a 1995 5.0l with a T5. I am in the process of selling off all of my ford stuff... I will be looking to do a turbo'd 5.3l with a t56.
My budget after I am parted out will be around $5-7k. Been trying to itemize.
I like the power the LM7 can make with just heads, cam, intake, and exhaust...recently found out that they can handle a lot of boost and replacements are like $500 if/when I blow it up.

I am gonna throw a Turbo and a glide with ever I decide to put together. I am having a hard time finding a good starting point. 5.3s are over priced in my area and ls1 is impossible to find.
I would like to keep my swap down to around 3 to 3500

The only fab i trust myself to do is intercooler and exhaust. Everything else is gonna have to be new parts.
