Customer Satisfaction I would like to get an idea of the satisfaction level of any of our customers out there that have done business with us over the last year, good or bad. If it was a bad experience I would like to know details and if it was related to tuning or mechanical work performed. If any of you are not comfortable posting out in the open just please PM me. Before anybody posts please lets not turn this into a Raymer bashing thread. I am only looking for constructive critiscm so I know what areas I can most improve the shop and maybe come to try and make arrangements to make anybody happy that was dissappointed by our work or service.
