I do not own any gm vehicles but have always been a fan i currently drive a 2010 genesis coupe track edition that is a prime candidate for a ls swap ive thought about it for a long time but dont know what ls is best for me i know thatthere are oil pan issues with my car and i have considered dry sump for this reason although there are other routes my goals are basically a streetable drag car with daily driveability (if this swap gets done this car will not be a daily but a weekend worrior) enough power to be a vette killer considering my car weighs just over 3k that shouldnt be anything crazy
Anyways im off to read up on different engines ill check this thread periodically

Thanks... My buddy is putting a 6.0 in his silverado and he told me he woul sell me his 4.8 out of his truck for $200 without heads (his heads have a lot of work in them) i could make descent power but if i just spent a tad more i could get a 6.0 of my own and have so many more options

hi i know i have already introduced myself here but i felt the need to do again because i have been inactive but i plan to become a more active member considering i am actually starting my swap i planned so long ago... where would i post a thread on my build log it will be an lq4 into a genesis coupe
