Need some advice I've been stalking the forum for sometime now. I'm building a 88 s-10 I've had for the last 13 years. Its been though 2 350's now, and I'm wanting to build a LS single turbo engine. Taking this truck off the frame and fixing all the stupid stuff I did when I was younger.
I already have a 5.3 out of a 2000 Tahoe non-egr and drive by cable intake, and my buddy gave me a set of 6.0 heads. Also have a 4L80 trans. Budget on the engine around $3,500. Like to run around 12psi boost. Question I have is what would be the best set up as far as turbo, waste gate, cam, torque converter, and do I need to do any bottom in work? I did find a old pic from LS1NOVA with a single turbo
