Lot of reading (homework) to do! I am going to start my 1967 Nova build as I have stored it now for 30 years in a old barn. 2 Door hardtop 283 with three on the tree all original at this point. I am wanting to make a list of things for my build and after viewing this forum I can see there is a lot of research to be done on these LS engines.
I am thinking a late model Used Engine and transmission assembly is the way I want to go.
What would be some of the best vehicles and years to look for at the salvage yards?
I have seen some old dated threads but would like up to date information since I plan to use local salvage yards. Thanks in advance as I hope to get some great advice.
