Finally, new to the LS world! Well, I finally made the plunge and got my first LS engine! 5.3 out of a 2000 z71 going into my new project. New project is a 1974 C10 that was in pretty rough shape, so it is going to be my "rat rod" project.
Started building this thing about a month ago with the original intentions of making a push cart for my mustang I drag race. But after the initial thought process and work, it looks like it is going to be too big for pushing the racecar, so it is gonna be a toy that can go to the car shows with my son.
Got a long ways to go, but hope to have this thing driving in the next month or two. Was going to keep it EFI, but after some thought I think it is gonna get a carb.
