Hey Guys and Gals! Whats up guys the name is Evan and I am very new to this sight. I'm currently driving an 1988 IROC Z and thought this would be a great place to go to get some opinions on future projects. I actually would like to do a transmission swap and really want maybe a 5 speed manual instead of the automatic...now my question, is it worth it?

cant argue anyone doing what they like!
t56 is expensive but if your not shooting for that much power you could use one of the older 5 speeds. like a t5. wouldnt have an issue for cruzing. but if your tring to make and hold power. t56 or auto man.
