New guy in VA Hey guys. Use to be on the brother forum of ls1 tech (performance trucks) years ago when I had my silverado and a few bolt ons to surprise people with. Then I joined the diesel world and haven't gone back! Bought a duramax, then went to a Cummins mega cab for the room. Now I'm in a lariat four door long bed powerstroke.
My toy I have bought since I miss the LS modding, is a 91 fox body hatch. It will be seeing a Lq9 with full bolt on's to begin with. We will see what that puts me at to determine if I will want more. I knew this site from back in the day would be the place to get any help I needed when it came to the motor and trans setup. Nobody has a LS swapped fox body around here so I wanted to do something different! definitely didn't want a small block ford motor in it. Can't complain when I only paid 200 bucks for a clean no rust rolling chassis!
Hopefully I won't be frowned upon for doing the LS swap into a fox

$200 for the chassis is the deal of the century - congrats!
We've got one or two LSx-powered Foxes running around this area, and they are NASTY (in a very good way!) Keep us in mind when it's time to start ordering parts!
