Total LS newbie Big time diesel guy here from WV, not a motorsport newb, but just bought my First F body - 99 Firebird Formula WS6 M6. These are a little rare, and they are my favorite version of the 4th gen.
I have 2 things i need to get addressed, first is the high idle. I believe it's PCV related and have already ordered up the 04 Corvette PCV. My car already had the valley PCV that was capped, not totally sure why the external one was still there. Engine is not original though. The second big thing that must go is the exhaust that dumps in front of the rear axle. I just can't stand how low to the ground it is. I would like to do a 3 into 4" Y pipe, but i'm sure you guys will set me straight on my options. Very glad to be here!!!
