Newb from south central tx New to this fuel injection world but been playin with small blocks for a while, thought I would try something new. Just got a pretty good deal on 6.0 with 4l80e. My question is do I have to have the whole harness that goes up under dash and stuff to or just from Moro to comp and fusebox?

welcome to the site. No on harness just underhood wiring to make stand alone. If you have DBW(drive by wire) throttle you"ll want the gas pedal, tach box and wiring with that to. Also the pcm, you want them to be same year as each other I found when I converted my skylark. LT1Swap.com has the wiring info. You can look on conversion & hybrid section to learn alot what people are doing. Basically what does or dont. What are you converting?

thanks for the response 76, and am more than likely looking into doing a newer body style s10 and it is dbw and i i did get pedal and box that mounts to firewall
