New Guy From Illinois!! How's it going everybody? I'm looking to get an F body and I figured this would be the best place to Start learning about them!! I'm really wanting a 2000 or newer SS, WS6 or Z28 but haven't found the right deal yet. I got a Z28 I'm supposed to go look at tonight has a lot of bolt ons but needs a rear end it has the stock 10 bolt in it 
but if I get it I'm wanting to swap a ford 9 inch in it then I'm looking to cam it after I get it going and driveable but don't really know what to go with I'm looking for some input on cam choices? It will be my DD but I want to be able to take it out racing also. I'm a GM mechanic at a dealership here in Illinois so I plan on doing all the work myself other than tuning. If anyone can help me out it would be appreciated! THANKS
