Default Police Interceptor Camaro

Hey y'all. New first time owner of something truly fast. 2002 Chevy Camaro B4C package police interceptor. Not a perfect car but got a good deal on it and it has the LS1 T56 combo in it. Interesting model, there wasn't many of them made.

Welcome. Out of curiosity, what are the differences between the B4C police intercepter and a regular LS1 T56 car?

Btw, going to give the bottom part of your sig a real big

Welcome I have one also. It was Cobb County GA marked unit. The good thing about these models is although they are considered "work horses" they received mandatory fleet services every 3K miles by the police department's mechanics. I have the complete service records during the cars service. Here's some 411.

From my research, it has larger brakes, high amp alternator, and I think it sits on a Z28 platform.
Thanks for that.

Will the NC highway patrol hand over the service records easily? I actually would like to have them.

No they don't.

A B4C is a stripper (up to 2001) Z28 with no t-tops, a high-amp alternator, power steering cooler, and 3.23 (A4) gears. There were no other special modifications.

You could call and ask for their fleet management department, I'm sure someone could help you get them. When I bought my 2003 Crown Vic P71, I was able to get the service records from the auction that sold it.

I dunno. When I purchased the car from a Land Rover dealership in Tennessee they had provided me with the book. In my case it's just for nostalgia. My motor transmission chassis suspension and rear have all been upgraded

It's only a B4C on the V.I.N. Tag

Call their service dept. Maybe they can print out a record for you. It's the 21st century anything can be tracked
