Hello from VA
All of the A4 3rd gens had trans shift improver kits. The 92 Z had rebuilt 350 bored .060. The 93 was bone stock.
The 97 was bored 0.030, had long tubes, magnaflow cat back, ported polished heads, intake gasket matched, bigger injectors, LT1 hotcam kit. 1.6 roller rockers, msd ignition, K & N intake. I had a Spec Stage 2 clutch and a trans rebuilt by 6 Speed Inc (back before they got in over their heads and before they changed their name to 6 Speed Inc).
I am looking forward to some fun with the 98 Z now. I have all the parts for a shift kit and selenoid and filter change to get me started.
