New guy here Hi all,
Ive been lurking around for a little bit so I figured I would introduce myself. So I finally came over to what I've been calling the dark side for 10 years and bought a GM product, a 2001 WS6. I've had mustangs for the past 10 years, but my buddy has talked me into an LS. So far, I love the car and cant wait to mod it some more... When I got it in April, it was completely stock besides a shifter and LM1 catback. Since then I have lowered it on BMR springs, added 555r's to the rear and have some Speed Engineering headers and TSP ory coming. I hope to have Frost tune it soon after adding a ported TB and a pulley.
Thank you guys for all the info so far. I still have plenty to learn about this platform as I've never owner an F body.

I've owned a 02 GT, 05 GT, 2012 GT and a 95GT (in that order).
I didn't realize that it took the mustang til 2005 to run the same front suspension that the Camaro had been running since 98...that's sad.
