Im new here and to the ls world hey guys. I'm James im 42 and been around hot rods my whole life. I have built my 1st LS in a race car and i'm not happy with it. I thought i would come here to get some help and maybe get this sorted out or go back to sbc.

help please I have a 2008 LY6 6.0. I have done the vvt delete. Everything in engine is new and top notch parts. The only thing not new is the rotating assembly. It is carbed with a Vic. jr. intake 950 pro system carb. 1 7/8 long tubes MSD 6012 box with a th350all the good parts and a brake. It is in a 2800lb. s-10. BTR speced the engine for me and says it should make right at 600hp. According to my MPH in the 1/4 it is nowhere near that. I need some help and some opinions on what i need to change or add to get where I want it to be. My goals are 108-110 mph in the 1/8 and 131 to 135mph in the 1/4.
