Newb in MN... So, I signed up an account here a while back but never really did anything but lurk. Now I'm getting a little more serious.
In the next couple weeks I'm hauling home the new project truck. 1954 International, top was chopped but not finish welded, using a 52 Diamond T front clip (Diamond T and IH used the same cabs) and a 60s Chev stepside box.
Planning to run Crown Vic front suspension and rear axle or 1st Gen Dakota front suspension and a 9". I have a 00 5.3 with @ 150k on it and a slightly newer 4l65e that I plan to run basically stock with a strong tune for the first summer, then hopefully next winter I'll add twin turbos to it and get some HP.
I'll just be doing a lot of reading here to begin with, this winter I'll probably post a thread on the conversion and build of the truck.
