im new here hi im new here, lil about myself, im 28 operate heavy equipment for living, use to be in the army where i ran heavy equipment and drove truck there also, i have a 1983 c10 stepside ive had since i was 14, my pap bought it new gave to my dad, then to me, i tore it apart in 2008 ran into all kinds of personal issues from health, to a divorce, but in the time i wasnt working on it i thought about direction i was gonna go to what im going to do. plans are air suspension lay frame with it, 20 inch wheels, might be 10 inch wide in rear, raise bed floor so suspension dosent come thru floor, stock interior, and im goning to do a 5.3 turbo motor with t56 6 speed, been looking on here for info on the turbo build, and im sure ill have questions with that and the trans, thanks for reading hope to learn lots, and hope youll help me out when i get stuck thanks, my name is zac.
