6.0 ls swap Have a green 70 C10 step side and a 99' gmc2500 with the 6.0. I want that motor and trans in the C10. Any and all advice welcome. Will the original wiring harness from the 2500 work, motor mounts, transmission tunnel issues, any suspension upgrades etc. I want as much power on the cheap and have a perfect donor truck. The 2500 rear end is shot. Motor and trans have 185k original miles still runs great until the rear end went out. Just looking for a step by step instruction on what to do where to start etc. A friend of mine has his own shop i can use but I want to do as much of it myself. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated thanks
