Another One of Those Swaps Hello all. I've been lurking for quite a bit while I do research on my build, and figured it was time to sign up in case I needed to post anytime. This place has been a hell of a lot of help.
Quick intro, I'm from Indiana and currently working on dropping a freshly forged built LQ4/TH400/88mm turbo recipe into a 300ZX. I picked up a two owner ZX TT a few months ago with plans to pull the Nissan VG motor and replace all the gaskets/seals/etc this winter, and changed my mind once it came to thinking about how the hell I was going to get everything back in. That engine bay is an absolute nightmare...and so began the turbo LQ4 swap idea.
This is my first V8, so I'm pretty excited to get this build done. The parts are for the most part purchased or ready to purchase, and the block is just about assembled waiting to put in the car. Hopefully I shred a few tires this summer!
