New Years Resolution Hi all!
I made the decision to get my 1967 Firebird on the road.
50+ year old car that has been in the barn for almost 20 years.
So I am looking at an LS swap and have done lots of reading to get an idea of what is involved.
I am swapping the old 3.8 OHC and powerglide for a mated 2001 LQ4 and 4L80E from a Sierra 1500 HD.
The old bird has no air or power steering so planning to add those.
I am going stock for now and planning to keep the fuel injection as well as power steering, AC, alternator from the truck as possible. If you have done a similar build and used a 4L80e i would love to hear the story. Any advice is appreciated!
