Hello from San Jose My name is Joel and I own a 1996 Camaro z28 m6. I've always used the forum to help me out when I ran into trouble and have always found the help I needed. My car is currently bolt ons and full suspension only, and I'm trying to get it down to mid 12's before I swap a built motor I have laying around. So far it's been 13.005 at 103.25 with a low 1.8 sixty ft. It's had some weight reduction done to it also. I'll be adding an EWP, 1.6rr and a mail order tune, and maybe ripping a little more weight out of it to see if I can reach my goal soon!
All you need to do is work on cutting down your 60' time and you'll be in the 12's. What tire are you using at the track? Stock clutch? I used comp magnum 1.6 rr's on my '97 SS. They sure are pretty, but hidden under the valve covers.

I’m on a 26x8.5-15 ET drag on a 15x8 jegs wheel. My best 60ft so far has been 1.77 but that run was only 1/8 mile and I kinda messed up going into 3rd gear haha. The clutch is a McLeod single disk and stock pp. and I know what you mean about those rr’s they’re the same ones I’m about to drop in mine too!
Hey there, I'm in San Ho as well. Are there any F body clubs, groups, or anything around us? I run a muscle car club for classics, but I'd like to meet up with people into F bodies or at least a general Camaro club that has a lot of us LS1 folk hahaha

Where in San Jo are you? I’m right off alum rock and white road. And idk about the F body clubs. Would be pretty neat though if there was one here to go cruising every now and then.
