Hi all Life Has been a Little Bumpy for Me the past ten years , Got hurt at work and Had to retire , Then My wife Was Diagnosed with Terminal Cancer after a almost six yer fight I lost Her . Two years Latter I was Diagnosed with Terminal cancer after Chemo I did not want to die setting in a Chair so I bought a Old 1949 Chevy truck in Madison SD Restored it with a gen 1 SBC It runs 13.20 in the Quarter on street tires . I did not Know Much about the LS I am a Old feller . My Dr says the Old Truck Keeps Me Going . He is right so I need some Help from you all I am Building a 5.7 LS should be Fun Thank You For Your Help DD

Hi All Life Has been a Little ruff the past Ten years I was smashed at Work and was put out to pasture , Then My wife who we raised six Kids with Was Diagnosed with Terminal Cancer after a almost six year fight I lost Her . One year later I was Diagnosed with Cancer Yep the Non Curable Kind So after Chemo I was so sick I thought I am going to Die , As a last ditch effort in life and Not to die in the easy chair I bought a 1949 Chevy truck in Madison SD . I am a Old man just trying to live out my life . So I built a Gen 1 SBC restored the old Girl She Runs 13.20 on street tires , But about Mid way I started reading about the LS Wow My Doctor says the old truck may have saved My life , He is right about that . Soooooo I am Building a 5.7 LS for the old Girl I look fwd to your Help Thanks DD Here are some pxs Of when I got Her and Now what Tequila Sunrise Looks Lite Now Can't wait to get the LS In Her
