79 lt1 conversion

I'm matt and I'm building a new hot rod and could use some help. 79 z28 installing lt1 out of 95 z28 donor car complete running and driving donor. Looking for 500 hp. Might even want turbos not sure how I want to do it. I'm going to build either 383 or 426 stroker with forged eagle bottom end. What headers will fit what intake do you recommend .and what turbo or turbos would work. Looking for show and go not full time racer.
