Hi everybody! Hello guys and gals my names john I have a 91 s10 2wd rcsb I'm hoping to ls swap..
so far I've been able to acquire a lm7 with 130,000 miles for $100 , a high mileage l33 with 799s for free, a 2006 2wd 4l80e for $150, a dana 60 from a 95 dodge 2500 for $100 and a dana "super 60 rear" from a 06 gmc savana 2500 for $50
basically my plan is to swap the 799s onto the lm7 (maybe with a texas speed stage 3 cam and ls6 springs ?) Then attach my 4l80e to the lm7 and install them both..
I Also plan to have one of my 60s narrowed with 9 inch bearing ends to allow me to use 8.8 disc brakes and purchase 5x4.75 axles to match my s10s factory lug pattern..
