SLP identification i found a 2002 SS supposedly with a special order engine and trans package from SLP. It sounds like BS to me but I was curious if any of y’all could direct me to a thread that explains the SLP coding.
The add says the car is equipped with a ZZ6 speed trans. I asked the customer if it was a typo and he explained that it wasn’t and he ordered it from SLP. It also says it has a 5.7 liter LS3 aluminum block. so it’s confusing. Could he be confusing the XX for a crate engine of sorts.
