Default 98 trans am ls1

I'm very new to this site. I'm replacing the engine in my stock 98 trans am with a slightly built LS1 the things that have been done are LS2 cam. ls6 springs, ls6 intake and the heads have been milled 40 thousands (creating around a 11.1 compression) will the cars PCM be able to make proper adjustments to keep up with the mods? As soon as the projects done I'm getting it tuned but might have to drive a ways 200 miles maybe. I realize the car might run rich or lean but will it be to much that it will be detrimental.

You should be able to put-put it to the tuners. Resist temptation to get on it.
