The factory 429 is quite worn out but the Camaro below is going to give up its 34k mile L99/6L80 combo for the good of the Caddy. My '05 CTS-V had a LS in it!
This engine will remain mostly stock (for now) with a cam change and the AFM removed.
Well into the transplant, Now need to figure out what to do about the driveshaft of the 6L80 - I might have to add a carrier bearing. The old driveshaft is a one-piece.
