I am new to the site. My husband has been in and out of LS1 Tech for many years...screenname Excessive. He had an 02 White SS with a 408, etc, etc. He modified it until he sold it...sad story for another day.

My car is a 1988 S10 Blazer that I bought (overpaid) for charitable reasons. He drove it and said it was not safe enough to drive on the rode.
He bought an LS1 and 4L60E from a 2002 TA that was wrecked. We had the engine rebuilt after we found water and rust in 1 of the cylinders. He found that he did not have enough time to get the work done himself with his job. He hired a shop to finish the job. It turned out great.
