New to this Hey I’m new to LS1TECH. I am currently working on a 92 Camaro RS. I am doing a 5.3 ls swap. The 5.3 is out of a 2003 Silverado. Any tips or advice would help me tremendously. I’ve got a long road to go to get it going, and honestly have no clue what I’m doing as of right now but I am very anxious to learn. I am new to all this ls swap stuff. Thanks!
Welcome to LS1Tech! I just acquired a 92’ RS from my mom. She bought it new and it’s been in storage since 95’ or 96’
Pretty much a time capsule. Been changing cooling system and detailing it last week or so. 305 TBI car. I’m leaving it alone, mods wise. Too nice to mess with.
Check out our Conversions And Hybrids section of the forum. You’ll likely find several 3rd Gen’s that have been under the knife over there. And when it comes time to get that 5.3 running, there’s plenty of help in other parts of the forum to help you there as well.
