Jumping in feet forst
I just recently started my 1st LS swap. 2004 LQ9/ 2001 4L80e into a 28k mi ‘82 GMC Sierra 1500. Engine and trans are in big block rad and parallel flow A/C condensor installed. I’m using the Escalade air box and coolant tank. Waiting on the PCM reprogram and harness from Speartech.
A client just bought a ‘55 Buick Roadmaster and wants a “reliable driver”. Since the nailhead is missing from the car my first thought was a 5.3 LS/4L60e. He’s not a performance oriented guy so I think a stock drivetrain should give him years of trouble free service.
Anyway, enough rambling. I’m sure I’ve got mountains of threads to dive into.
