I have wanted a WS6 since before I can remember. I found a bone stock black 2002 with 80k miles for sale in my area and made an impulse buy, it is in good shape but needs a little interior work although nothing major. I think I'm just a little OCD about things, I like perfection. Looking forward to learning from this site.

Hey, your story sounds way familiar! I wanted a ws6 since I was in HS but things never were able to drop in place. I just picked up an 02 TA, not a ws6, but was too good to pass up. I'm west of you in Uvalde. Do you know of any Pontiac, TA, or F Body clubs in the SA area? I haven't been able to find much online.

Well I’m in the same boat..I just got my first 2001 ws6 trans am yesterday..I’ve never owned one b4 but always liked them..couldn’t afford it back in the day lol..I had a deal on a 2001 som ws6 last week..gave deposit and the guy changed his mind...that’s ok...found a mint mint pewter metallic with only 66000 Km..not a mark on it...think I did good...paid 15500 can...would like it if it was som...but I’m not complaining

 

i think that’s a great deal. I paid the same for 80k miles. Felt ok about it, bone stock and got it from a 65 year old guy who claimed to have never spun the tires or read lined it.

thats great brother...funny thing...the guy i bought mine from was in his late 60s...but im sure he opened her up once in awhile...lol...but he kept her mint as can be...ill post a few pics
