new member Hey guys! New member here to ls1tech. I'm currently a diesel mechanic for the army and dabbled in the diesel stuff the last few years. Currently switching things up and picked up a 4 door 79 impala rust free for really cheap. My goals are to run the no bs build like the Colorado build Matt built.
im very new to the ls and efi stuff so the tuning and stuff will be a learning process for me. I plan on running the sloppy stage 2 cam and pac 1218s and getting the Holly termjnator efi stuff for simplicity. My question is if anybody is in the upstate ny area who would be willing to help me out as far as tuning to get going that would be awesome.. ive been looking into the hot side manifolds and such and they are not cheap. What do you guys recommend as far as that realm. Im not an expert welder by any means just enough to po dunk exhaust together. Hope yall have a good day!

Welcome, and thank you for your service, one veteran to another. Like Che70velle said, there are a lot of smart people on this site. I have learned quite a lot from reading posts on here!!
