New to site, wanted to say hello to all! Working on 69 firebird and will eventually swap tired old 350 for an ls engine and trans. Will take some time since doing all work on spare time after work. Was considering swapping ls from zl1 camaro but around 15k for around 550 hp seems ridiculous considering the hp you guys are squeezing out of iron truck blocks. Now I'm looking at twin turbo setup. I will be performing all the work but was hoping for some direction? I would prefer a set up which would include new pistons and rods, possibly forged crank if 800ish hp would require. I am open to cam, head changes etc. Looking to build good power throughout rpm, not from 5 to 7k rpm. I guess I'm curious as to the best power I could expect from 10-15 psi with the right components. I appreciate all feed back good and bad as it will help with my decisions for this build. Thanks again for reading all my blah blah blah. Lol.
