Just purchased my third Trans Am a couple days ago in Houston.
I absolutely love it. It's a 2000 NHRA Edition with a tall cam, 373 gears, headers, and electric exhaust cutouts. I only wish it had the ram air hood.
I'm in love with it!!! My previous TAs were a 1984 and 1989, owned 25 years ago.
I owned a 2008 Corvette until last year. It had the LS3, which had TONS of power combined with good fuel efficiency. My ex-wife took it away from me. So this car has some big shoes to fill.

I would've have treated that Corvette just like the marriage and unfortunately the car would have suffered an electrical malfunction and burned to the ground.. All is fair in love and war!
